They'd be better off delaying it until after the new year in that case. The beginning of November and end of March are the two hotspots which ALWAYS have big blockbuster games released, and should be avoided by everything else.

But then I suppose anyone who is likely to buy this kind of game is most probably a PC gamer into MMORPG's rather than first person shooters anyway. Unless somebody thought they seriously had a chance of outselling the likes of Battlefield 3 and MW3...

The figurine from this collectors edition comes FREE with the purchase of the game. WTF

No special packaging though.

Yeah, it was in the hard plastic thing yet it was in a ugly box...I guess that they all came in. Though, Im now going to go back and buy the game and then return the game to just get the figure.

you can also buy it on it's own for just $9.99 at Best Buy, in it's generic open ugly plastic holder..this figure is gonna be at garage sales/yard sales next summer for $1.

Meh...I just want it for free. XD I'd rather have the actual collectors edition. I have the nicer edition but Im still in need of this one haha.

Does the Steelbook case come in the UK CE or is it just for Australia??

French and Spain get the steel book inside. The UK have a steel book edition for £39.99 at GAME UK.

I think AUS get the steel book as a pre-order bonus, not sure yet.

I find that a bit odd, I could understand it if it's from a different region...but now they're segregating the PAL regions??

The Australian edition will get the Steelbook in the CE, I don't think it's a 'bonus' case though as far as I know. We'll be getting it this Thursday, I didn't even know it got another week delay until I tried to pick up my copy last Thursday! LOL
