is Assassins Creed Limited Edition Art Book included in Assassins Creed Encyclopedia or it is 2 different art work

They're two separate books. One was released by Prima on the release of Assassins Creed 1, the Encyclopedia was released this year by Ubisoft Workshop.

so i'll take that as the content of the 2 books are different.
