I'm just curious if you guys in other countries get your items from zavvi lost. If so, then it could be workers from MHI stealing the items. If this problem is isolated to Singapore, then it's probably WMG staff stealing them. It's almost always the big packages that go missing. DVDs, books and standard games all arrived safely for me. I suspect the workers supplement their income by stealing CE and selling them off.

I've had about 10 in 60 odd orders gone missing. Refunds is a pain in the ass too with zavvi. They send out refund forms by post which again have a tendency to get lost and the whole process takes about 3-4 weeks itself :|
