Usually, no. That's because they tend to assume that any sealed game being traded in has just been lifted from another store. But I am the exception as I am pretty well known as a collector in my town, so i've previously managed to trade in a few unwanted purchases.
The last game I traded in was Pokemon Leaf Green which was sealed with the red Nintendo tear strip, which I bought off eBay in a game bundle and therefore had a duplicate. At the time I wasn't able to sell on eBay, and they were offering a good trade-in price, so they allowed me to swap it for Pokemon Emerald seeing as they could just resell Leaf Green in that condition for the same price
And as this specific edition of Killzone II isn't actually available in any store, there's no possibility it could have been stolen
