Oh, awesome. The price isn't that bad too, though I was expecting zavvi to sell it for £60, and the rest of the stores for £70-£75

Because it IS exclusive to gamestop in the US. They said that right when they have announced the collector's edition:

The only thing I wonder now is how many pages is the artbook. Hopefully it's 150+ and hardcover.
