UPDATE If you see my post further below you'll see I figured out a work around w/ "no tracking" with USPS. There is always a CP (customs #) I am given and can give this to anyone I ship to international. This will act "like" a tracking# but is NOT guaranteed. It's what most people have been using for years as "tracking" international for USPS but just so everyone understands it is not a real "tracking" # and no one handling the package is required to use the CP#.
