From what I know and read about. Steelbook take a minimum order quantity of 4000. I might be wrong but I have read this numerous times in different places.

So I presume there are 4000 mirrors edge and 4000 metal gear steelies.

Please correct me if anyone knows different

I'm still waiting for 100% confirmation too - you have to wonder why the X360 version was opened (when there's less copies) and why we still have not see a PS3 sized stickerbook anywhere (only real steelbooks).

You also think maybe they say stickerbook so people expect the worse case and are pleasently surprised (ever hopeful!)

Hey can you confirm how large a following Metal gear has in Australia right now? From what I remember the franchise wass not as big there as it is most other places.

pretty meh. Final fantasy has been much more hyped.

If I was you I would order some for trade. Even if it turns out they aren't steelies too. You can take them back.

If they are steelies then trust me, it will be a good investment.

well guess we have to just wait and see... if au version turns out to be steelbook, I pretty sure Ebay AU will take advantage.. oh well.. I'll be getting 2 copies for myself.. now matrix.. collect yours (break street date!!) and then open and review
