That's cos they probably informed their friends about this beforehand and the exact time they would be sending the email. You'd need to have replied 1 second after their email to have a shot. Or maybe they already received the 12 replies before sending out the email

You had to have purchased the Signature Edition to get the email, and the email will have been sent to the email you registered to the website with (I assume?)

I actually really enjoyed the demo. The combat is really good as well with the the leveling system. The main issue is the close ups and how pixelated they are.
