Got mine delivered today. This was NOT part of the original 4K. But as you can see, the barcode is the same as the orginal 4k.

Can't believe the packaging, might as well as had it wrapped in a plastic bag... But considering, there isn't much damage at all.


No padding/bubble wrap. Just a 'bag'

Now the only question is, seeing this is a post 4k order, does that mean I've got a steelbook? Or do I risk opening it to find out, despite the fact I really want to keep this sealed?

Also, should I call Zavvi and try and get 10% knocked off for damage?

get your 10% back as you want to keep it sealed and it has quite a bit of damage.

also for the interest of many open it please and confirm for us whats in it...

Crap...now I'm a little worried about the condition it will arrive in since it's shipping overseas. I got an email from zavvi saying that it (PS3 ver.) shipped out on Jan 31st, and international delivery is about 20 days Anyone know if it really takes that long?

Here's hoping for the best!

And 20 DAYS!! That sucks. Have you checked Zavvi's T&C's?

Argh! Really don't want to open it, but I could be the key to clearing up the 'to steelbook or not to steelbook' question.

I paid the little extra to have it "gift wrapped" in hopes of better packaging and protection. Doubt that it will help though lol

Nobody is a "key" to resolving the myth about a 'stickerbook' for the PS3 version as there has never been an official announcement/confirmation on it and nor has there even a preliminary proof of evidence of it existing at all.

As far as I'm concerned and as far as I know by facts and proof....the PS3 version ONLY has Steelbooks!

Making comparisons, anticipating the worse or speculating at this point would be like look for a real Steelbook for the Xbox360 version

well zavvi 'double confirmed' they were stickerbooks & one person apparently has a stickerbook - but as said, I think all are steelbooks

So it's all speculation at this point then? So far only pre 4k have confirmed they have steelbooks and no one post 4k has?
