I spent today deciding whether or not to purchase this. I have little interest in compilations of ps2 games so it's likely I'll pass now.

Whilst I totally agree with the anger levelled at zavvi (why was my packaging better than someone who was part of the intital pre-order?), I think Konami should shoulder some of the blame here - the out box card is thin and the inner card/packaging seems to be too thin to withstand the heavy book.

Heck I noticed a very light crease on my 'minty mint' one - in all honesty it looks like it accoured during the shrink-wrap process as there's no sign of any wear/stress anywhere else!?

you see thats the thing though, even if they were shipped properly the cardboard is soo flimsy thay if you were to pile 5+ of these on top of each other the ones at the bottom would be damaged cos the cardboard wouldnt support the weight

these will be shipped in a pallet and all the ones at the bottom are highly likely to be damaged

Konami are to blame for producing such a flimsy box for the CE. Zavvi are to blame for not packaging it adequately to protect it, and Yodel are to blame for just providing a rubbish service all round.

Today I received my Final Fantasy XIII-2 Crystal Edition from GAME - Well made CE from Square-Enix, reasonably well packaged by GAME in a box that would have held three or more, and delivered intact by Parcelforce. Now that's how I expected my MGS HD CE's to arrive!
