It's the hassle I hate. Esepecially when most of the time it's unnecessary. You'd think they'd spend more time & care making sure something arrived perfect first time, rather than the inconvenience of having to return items. It's not good for them, it's not good for us, so why do they still do it? If there's anything I hate, it's phoning companies up and complaining about how they packaged their items. It makes me want to go down there in person and give them a step-by-step tutorial in how to package an item properly

I know these aren't the most sturdy of CE's, but you would've thought that they would've realised this and applied more care and attention to packaging them in such a way to avoid damage during transit...

Well in the follow up email I asked them "when I return them would you like me to put them in the box they were originally delivered in or actually package them securely?" - Not had a response yet but it gave me a giggle

Well my PS3 version arrived yesterday after being posted to me on Tuesday. The packaging was quite solid if I'm honest. The boxset was undamaged, though I'm not sure of the contents as I ain't opened it yet.

I wasn't part of the original pre-order scheme but did order this set the day the pre-orders went up.

I have no idea if it's a steelbook or a stickerbook as I haven't opened it yet. I'm undecided as to whather to keep it sealed. I have the 360 version as well and this too is also still sealed at this time. I want to open one but not too sure which one?

Open the PS3 one, the Xbox one is undoubtedly a stickerbook, so opening the PS3 one will answer your question xx

Open the Xbox version, it only has a Stickerbook but there's been less of those made

And you have a Steelbook in your PS3 version, there is no question about it because it's never been proven otherwise.
