If it were really #1/1000 (though, it wouldn't be sealed anymore), I bet an opened #1 would go for much more than a sealed random

Well that's what even i comprehended at first sight but then the way it was written 1/1000, normal logic follows that it is numbered 1 out of 1000... aint it ?
