Lol, in the e-mail it said estimated time is 7-14 days, and it said for overseas deliveries allow 20 days until contacting them. So pretty soon I'll be contacting them cause they shipped mine on jan. 30.

Zavvi say it can take upto 21 working days for it to arrive, which is a ridiculous four and half weeks.

Standard sized games/dvds take 1-2 weeks to arrive. Big boxes take 3-4 weeks but mostly they don't arrive at all.

With the very high rate of lost packages for big items, it's either someone (either from courier company or zavvi) is stealing them or zavvi doesn't ship them out at all.

So, Zavvi you are not only incapable of packing items to arrive un-damaged but you are also incapable of delivering items this decade because our games are arriving on camels and donkeys, now we are slowing learning that you are thieves too?

To be fair while i in no way support Zavvi, the crushed inserts are not Zavvis fault but more Konami and the weak packaging they used

Still waiting for my PS3 version to arrive. The Xbox version was shipped on a Friday, PS3 was shipped the following Monday. The Xbox version came early last week and no signs of the PS3 version yet.

This is very very sad. Such a legendary franchise should have been better taken care of, more by Konami who own the brand than Zavvi who just sells it, and have nothing to lose, they already got bad reputation. I am playing the game now and can feel the anguish. MGS doesn't deserve this.
