Hey the internet is vast and varied, there are bound to be some bad and good online retailers in everyone's eyes. The point is you get to chose no-one is forcing you to do anything, besides if I ever get a bad delivery from a shop (which I have had numerous incidents of) I am always so much of a pain in the ass to their customer support that they never want to hear from me again.

I ordered 2 MGS sets from Zavvi, one for PS3 and the other for XBOX360 both of which came perfect condition. though saying that both are still sealed so I have no idea what they look like on the inside.
I also recently got Resident Evil Revelations Bundle pack from them and this too arrived in perfect condition The only problem I've had with zavvi was when my Mario All Stars Collectors Edition Wii came to me in a damaged state. I just sent it back and got a refund. |
