If the seller sets a price then and thats what he/she wants for it then fine. No-one is forcing anyone to buy anything.

Its just the same as going to the mall/high street window shopping.

Nothing wrong with a little bit higher pricing. That's often the difference between scouring the net yourself and just sitting down to look at a massive assortment of nearly anything you could ever want.

Then again, I just asked someone how much something was out of their list of 10 or so things they're selling, and the total price came out to $47 with shipping, while you can look an eBay in any country and pick the same thing up for well under $30. Sometimes I dunno what's going through peoples' minds.

Selling stuff for good money is nice and all, but at prices like that no one's going to be selling anything.

Its not about that. We all put a value on our possesions and we would rather keep enjoying them if that value is not exceeded. its not necassarily about profiteering.

there's someone on eBay trying to sell items for ridiculous amounts and I did point out to him no ine would ever purchase them and he just replied with gaming collectables are worth alot of money and people will be happy to buy them - £250 for MGS? £80 for avatar? £150 for splinter cell conviction lol I said FairPlay in the end and good luck to him!! Waste of eBay fees IMO each to there own I guess
