I'm interested to know as to how you put a figure that low??
Some PAL regions sold these Crystal Edition unsealed and are no longer available in-stores. I would have to assume Ryaku's copy is brand new even though it's not sealed.

Does a sealed shrink wrap matter to collectors? yes, and adds value.
