Does that version say limited or collector's edition on the box anywhere, or is it just bonus item.

Did you get a hunter edition version of monster hunter tri? That's imo the best version to get.

Japan version received the Limited edition while N. America got a bundle edition. This edition is the same as Goldeneye Collector edition where Goldeneye got Golden classic controller and Monster Hunter Tri got regular black classic controller.
