Their email communication of late has been awful, they are much better on the phone - maybe worth a try in the future

I must say ALL of Game's issues with communication and stock and website issues began once they redesigned their website - maybe that was the beginning of the end

I think they've been pretty bollocks long before then, I've had problems with their incompetency since 2009!

And we're from Australia, we're not about to waste money on calling them...they should put up a live chat line like some other online sites.

i'm pretty sure will be the same case with this.. but then again.. my order for crystal edition just disappeared suddenly.. way before release date.. it was their site error.. let's see how this goes
