Yeah, definitely!
You click the photo, and go to Basic Fixes/Tuning/Effects
Playing around with the tuning and the Auto color and Auto contrast options in Basic Fixes yields some good results

Albeit, it's nothing close to what Photoshop can do.

Nonetheless, take a look:
