its beyond belief Zavvi would allow something to get damaged that bad - what ever happened to companies training their staff to do the basics right?

It looks like someone put the metal case on it's edge and stomped on it. Angry monkeys in the packing department!

I was looking forward to this arriving for ages as pre-ordered as soon as it got put on the site, had it pre-ordered at amazon 1st then changed to zavvi because of a 10% off code. Why oh why didnt i stick with amazon

to be honest, the real problem is the fact that they dont pad the boxes properly, and the actual CE packaging is bad. I don't know what they were thinking when they decided this flimsy pos box would survive transit anywhere.
