What a damn joke from HMV. At first I thought it was something else I never ordered; a freebie, perhaps. But no, it was, quite frankly, shit packaging, with a busted box that I'm returning ASAP. Angry is the best way to describe my feelings. I honestly cannot understand anyone shipping something so poorly given the cost.

To summarise:

Came in a shitty grey bag, in shitty flat card.
Box damaged.
Angry.

Also, yeah the game is unsealed, both the outer box and game. The steelbook is really, really nice though. Good artwork of Noct-errr...this other guy, heh.

Sorry to hear someone else suffered like me at the hands of the idiots packing things in HMV's warehouse.

I've sent their customer services a rather irate email and re-ordered the special edition from Amazon who managed to send my Last Story LE in excellent condition.

Now what should I use as packaging to return the HMV order.....maybe tissue paper
