How to create a for-sale thread

guys, why is it that whenever I edit my thread title, it doesn't actually change the title on the "for sale" page?

This is a problem that effects some users but not others, I have the exact same problem.

In the end I was forced to ask the MOD to do it for me, hopefully there is a fix or someone knows what we are doing wrong.
