It's Dandelion from Witcher series - one of my most favourite characters ever. Btw. I love hats!

Don't know much about the Witcher series as I haven't had the time to get into it.

Just read up on Dandelion though. Sounds like a complex enlightened individual with style though. Robin to Geralts Batman if you were? The back story behind "Lion Cub of Cintra" was really cool as well.
