Can press kits / Promo items be graded?

Thanks friends. I would agree that its too much of a risk to take by sending FHE to VGA. Well, I am almost on verge of completing my Uncharted collection (except mainly the UC1 drakes ring and Folio) and once complete will put all pics my collection (I got OCD for completing things )
