It's abit of a rip that the DLC isn't included. Would've thought they would atleast include all the DLC, even if as digital content. Would have been awesome if it was included on a disk.

Will have to think about whether to get this or not...

It would be about 40 dollars extra to buy all the dlc as well

What DLC is included in the Mass Effect Trilogy?

On PC, Mass Effect will include Bring Down the Sky and Pinnacle Station on disk. For Mass Effect 2, Cerberus Network will be included which features Zaeed ? The Price of Revenge, The Firewalker Pack, Cerberus Assault Gear, Arc Projector heavy weapon, and Normandy Crash site mission. For Mass Effect 3, Online Pass will be included granting players access to co-op multiplayer.

On Xbox 360, Bring Down the Sky and Pinnacle Station are not included with Mass Effect, however they are available as stand-alone downloads through Xbox LIVE. For Mass Effect 2, Cerberus Network will be included and Online Pass will be included for Mass Effect 3.

Information on PlayStation 3 DLC will be available soon.

Will the original Mass Effect be available as a standalone game on PlayStation 3?

Yes, the original Mass Effect will be available as a standalone digital title through the PlayStation Network for $14.99. It will release the same day as the Mass Effect Trilogy on PlayStation 3.

I specifically meant the DLC which wasn't originally included with the game. Like GOTY editions like Fallout and Oblivion which had the DLC on an install disk. As somebody said above, it will cost $40 to buy the DLC for the games. I actually think it's even more than that, but I cba to check!

I've already got them all on 360 and the first two on PC but I would quite fancy picking this up on PS3 for ME1 and for the niceness of the package, except I don't want to buy ME3 again, or in fact support Bioware after subjecting myself to ME3 and DAII.

Pity, I don't know what went wrong, I absolutely loved them then the quality crashed through the floor.
Even on ME3, it wasn't just the ending, it was a dull and linear shooter compared to the first and even to the second imo.

Pre-ordered for PS3, now I can finally play through all 3 games and it doesn't hurt that is comes in a premium foil box either.

Went to get the PS3 version of this from my local HMV today and was really disappointed to find that the PS3 version of the trilogy doesn't contain a nice digipak like the Xbox and PC versions. Just 3 standard PS3 cases inside a card slipcase, like you would get a DVD movie boxset... Want the digipak, so decided to wait out for PS3 version and was really disappointed.

Fuck you EA/Bioware.
