As far as I know there is no UK Sealed version of Metal Gear Solid 4, unless you mean the platinum version.

Only some European version came sealed

That is an almost guaranteed reseal, don't fall for it.

Official Sealed ones in Europe came with the slipcover sealed with a clear tear strip.

dont worry i didnt buy it just had it in my watch list

i thought about it being a reseal but the ps3 tearstrip does look convincing

Thanks for posting this. I was actually the buyer if that item, but I have since requested the sale to be canceled to which the seller agreed, and had my money refunded. Was the first sealed MGS4 pal copy I'd seen so I jumped on it, not knowing that games can be resealed in the way you mentioned. Kinda makes it pointless buying 'sealed' games off ebay, as there is a good chance it's not sealed then.

One of my dad´s friend is selling some stuff and asked me if I want to buy it, I guess these are decent prices but just wanna make sure:

MGS 4 Limited Edition (the one with the Figure) - 60€
FF 7 PC (in the Big Box) - 8€
Resident Evil 3 (Bix Box) - 8€
FF Tactics (GBA) + Guide (sealed) - 35€
FF 7,8,10 OST + FF 8 PC (without Box) - 60€

I am very happy you found out about this before it too late and was able to get your money back.

Yeah the reseal business is growing, especially given the prices out there collector's are willing to pay.

I wouldn't completely stop buying on ebay, only a small level are reseals but more are just poor sellers, packers, communication,etc.

It has it uses and sometimes it's the only way to get some games.

Agreed very good prices, it depends on condition I guess but out of the all, FF7 big box PC is way under valued.

MGS HD Collection (Zavvi Exclusive, sealed) - If PS3 version expect to get atleast €45, if not more if xbox then about right
MGS 4 Limited Edition (the one with the Figure) - 80€
FF 7 PC (in the Big Box) - at Atleast €40
Resident Evil 3 (Bix Box) - €14
FF Tactics (GBA) + Guide (sealed) - 35€
FF 7,8,10 OST + FF 8 PC (without Box) - 75$ + €20 for FF8
