Im fairly sure they confirmed that it won't be a shop exclusive, it will be available in multiple stores in the UK.

Could turn out wrong tho, lets hope not

You are correct. It will not be exclusive to 1 retailer in EU. I posted several times all the answers everyone needs to know from official tweets I got from 2K employees and Gearbox. They confirmed it IS coming to ALL of Europe and it will NOT be exclusive to 1 retailer.

So now this is the third time I've confirmed this for you guys. I'm just going by what Gearbox said on their twitter.

Just got back from my local GameStop. I placed a pre-order for the Xbox360 (by the way, had to put a minimum of $25.00 down).

What shocked me is that they said it was good I wanted the 360 edition because they could no longer take pre-orders for the PS3 version. System would not let them. Hopefully that's an indication that they are actually trying to limit this (although it's still available through the website).

Gamestop US is now taking preorders, although only for PC and 360, the guy said they may take PS3 soon
