Thanks for the clarification. I was confused mainly due to this listing on eBay, which looks to have shrinkwrapping on the outer box as well. It is possible that the seller/original owner sealed it. Not sure.

Hmm, It was never sealed when I got it.....I just looked at another picture on Amazon and it looked sealed as well. But that one was also used.

I'm wondering if it was opened by gamestop because I did not get it on release date, it was purchased afterwards. If thats the case that will be a little upsetting. I hate when GS opens new boxes so they can put them on the shelf!
