So it's not that available in the Netherlands? It's still in pretty good availability here in the U.S.

Good call. A couple of months after release here in the U.S., I saw the Zombrex edition priced for 50% off! Methinks Capcom may have over-produced this particular CE.

I actually got my Zombrex edition free as I had traded in enough games at Gamestop to pay for it
