Can press kits / Promo items be graded?

Might sound a trivial question, but would the grading have been cheaper if the guide had not been intserted in the Case considering the fact that it significantly increased the size of the case?

Also, a normal FHE can gor anywhere from $3000 - $4500 on ebay, how much would you put the value of a 90+ graded FHE?

PS: I have 2 FHEs now (1 is in the US with a friend) and am seriously considering to get 1 graded. Thanks
