According to many sources, it has been reported that there was a manufacturing and distribution mix-up with this pre-order exclusive, resulting in the game not actually being part of the actual Steelbook. Apparently, the Steelbook case and bonus Dvd enclosed were shipped separately, with many GAME customers who pre-ordered it receiving a standard copy of the game, followed by the exclusive Steelbook and bonuses at a later date. All sealed copies of the Steelbook contain a bonus Dvd only, and no game disc.
