hm..that's really strange I don't have to select a shipping destination. It automatically detects that my account is from Germany and gives me the right shipping option. So, hard to say what went wrong with your checkout process. Like I already said, a screenshot from the page where you stuck would be great so I can read the texts and can help you much better. All I know is that shipping to the UK should be 9,90 Euro. Sry, that's all I can do so far.

yea seems like something is wrong with your address and that the system can't detect that you are located in the UK. I know about this problem here in Germany. It's very unlikely to ship something to the UK. We use more Great Britain or England as shipping destination. Maybe that's the problem because one of the lines said that they don't know the country.

I would leave them a message that you can't fulfill your order.

I've ordered from them several times before in the past (Sniper: Ghost Warrior, Call Of Juarez: The Cartel, and Dead Island Treasure Edition), and my address details haven't changed. I don't understand why their system is not recognising it this time around

use google translator, it translate easy with some mistakes, but works fine (I use it lots of time and translated texts is understandable at both sides ) it can translate whole page too, just put http link inside translate box

Don't worry, they also accept customer emails in English. If you still don't get a reply. I can write some lines for you. The google translator is really shitty when it comes to English - German translations due to the big differences in the grammar.
