Personally, i think you could get more from the right press kit or metal gear collector. Dont underestimate metal gear fans!
Seems there are 3 different variants, the spanish kit, which was handed out at press event, french version with leaflets, and the italian version that myplay.it has (which is disappointing imho, pen is not metal gear branded but just konami, just like the watch). I dont know for how much he sold it, but asking price was 370.
