It's some sort of novel and looks to be an Austrian Exclusive.

Also found out that the extra DLC content is on the disc and not on a DLC card. Yay someone with brains.

Thanks Ayiu, was trying to figure out which stores were stocking it in Austria. All I got were news pages saying it's exclusive to Austria.
