Here's a summary of my google 'research' for steelbooks for this game+ ferrari's contribution:
Gamestop US:  Gamestop NO  EBgames AU, mightyape, GAME UK:  The previous sniper game came with 2 variants of steels: PS3 G2 Xbox360 G1 From what I see above, there is a possibility of 8 different steels?? PS3 bulletproof edn G2 Xbox360 bulletproof edn G1 PS3 limited edn G1 Xbox360 limited edn G1 PC limited edn G1 PS3 collector's edn G1 Xbox360 collector's edn G1 PC collector's edn G1 because, judging from the first game, they did print console specific steelbooks. Does anyone have any clues/insider news?

This will most likely be the same steelbook everywhere. The LE is just the steelbook while the CE will be the LE + other stuff. Different editions but same steel. G1 and G2 if I remember correctly.
