I'd say yahoo japan is your best bet for a sealed MGS4 CE. Do you have an unsealed one already? Because the steelbook is very nice.

Oh edit, sorry are you after the Jap CE of MGS4 or just the normal game?

Check yamato touch. I remember seeing a brand new MGS CE there.
