Just wondering, anybody knows why on the description it say PS3 special: 60 minutes of extra gameplay. Is there a DLC or it is included on the disk?

It's included on disc, I think. All PS3 copies will have that extra 60 mins

It's an additional side quest / misssion - PS3 only as Vhal says and it's embedded so no code.
