GAME itself does not ship outside UK with big and heavy boxes, must ask someone for personal resend (for example from Czech Rep to Cnada this shipping is about $70 for priority shipp. maybe more, with fedex $104 )

Been playing it last night and it is awesome but any tips for a noob? Is it possible to upgrade weapons like in Fallout3 or should i just sell all the crap ones?

You can't upgrade them beyond what your equipped class mod/relic adds to them, so it's best to just sell any extra junk.
