Well a carte Blanche is printed on a special type of paper so are the new carte blanches that appear inside the book on the same paper as the rest of the book or special paper/card more like the originals
And are the pages double sided or single sided
I know I'll fond all this out tomorrow when the ups guy redelivers my copy

They're just additional pages at the end of the book, just like any other page. They have a mix of the original 'prints' and new ones.

That's so sucky I was looking forward to another 8 prints on my wall
Although the term carte Blanche is vaigue and doesn't explain what they are at all as the are not blank cards or cheques, and the alternate meaning of do what you will does not make sense either
