No, i don't have a connection in Brazil. From the info on the description we would have to pre-order the game to get the steelbook.

Well i don't know if they have the steebook as a pre order box in-store, but online you have to buy the game to get the steelbook. Wallmart.com.br doesn't ship for adresses outside Brazil so you would need help from a brazillian friend.
