Looking around for one I found this blog

It states that there are only 4000 controllers available worldwide so it is pretty limited.

I managed to find one sealed.....in Australia

Same sellers on both pages obviously but thought it might be helpful regardless.

Also prices are lower than ebay and for sealed ones.

I may have a lead for the steelbook bundle though and I think there might be an extra but I'm waiting on a response. Price may be even more reasonable

I honestly think that no one can find that Amazon page, otherwise I would think there would be less being sold (I.E. for something limited to 4000, there still seems to be quite a few left for sale)

They are both the japan version though with regular game, steelbook variety is the better one of course.
