As I said before the only region lock game was P4 Arena. Not sure why telltale says that it is not compatible or just pain ignorant of the fact that PS3 are region free.

Another possible meaning is PSN region lock which means you will require US PSN account to play it.

His explanation in the forum is epic fail and does not clarify any point. If he was speaking of XBOX copy then yes they could region lock it.

Persona 4 is not region locked at all. Becuase my copy playes on both my Japanese and america ps3 for both my Japanese and american copies so ya. I also dout that this game is region locked. If the game is not working them its some isue with your ps3 rather then the game itself being region locked at all.

Its locked for pal consoles lol. No idea how they did it but they did

No its not its not locked on my pal console ether. I just tried it last nice and it worked ok right on my Uk ps3. Though i have experiance a region lock bs message before when i tried to play tiger woods 11 on my american ps3 when the freeking game is an american game now that makes no freeking sense there.

It's impossible. Are you sure you are talking about Persona 4 Arena the fighting game? There was a huge mess and controversy around that game back in July/August.
Atlus locked every region because the game was being released simultaneously in both Ntsc and Ntsc-J regions and they didn't want Japanese people to import American copies.

Apart from the "special collector's box" it comes in, isn't this just a bundle pack?
It only comes with the Compendium 1, doesn't even include compendium 2 with it.

As Atlus have stated, apparently only the PAL disc itself is region locked. Other region discs will work on the PAL consoles, as it is there's still no date for the release of the PAL edition! Which is very strange to me.

The reason for that would be the ce version, aus has different laws regarding book publishing from what i know, in order to release a book in Australian shops it needs to be printed or reprinted by an australian publisher.. I could be wrong but its what ive been told
