I can understand international frustrations on these type of "events", but please...don't forget the US receives a plethora of "charity auctions" that only ship within the US region and at times those auctions actually detect of whether a bidder is bidding within the US Internets!
So yeah, it's a shame it won't maximise potential profits/bidders, but I'm sure they have legal reasons for these things!? But you know there are ways around this ![]() May I remind you guys from the US of the 'Marty McFly's Back To The Future Shoe Auction' from 2011. ![]() |

If it was a competition I could understand, especially as winners aren't expected to pay shipping.
But I think all these super rare video game charity auctions including that previous one with the back to the future custom shoes should have international shipping. We all know there are crazy collectors all over the globe. If the goal is to make as much money for the charity, the best option really is to provide international options and choose shipping options that allow tracking and signed delivery as rich collectors will pay the fees. There really is no good reason I can think of as to why you should limit a charity auction like this. Of course those are just my thoughts....
