Default Mortal Kombat Futureshop Exclusive (Steelbook)
Found this! Says Future Shop Exclusive and appears to be just a steelbook, and comes with the reptile skin.

Also, the TE appears to be only $130 on Futureshop.ca, so I cancelled my $175 (Including $25 shipping) from Gamestop.com
