Seems really expensive
Is Seiko an expensive brand or is this just over priced?

Yep expensive, but I think that's the normal price range for a limited edition watch if you include the metal gear marketing on it.

I really don't see what's so "Rising" about it, looks like a normal watch with the "MG rising" on the back : /
