Really why am i using those greedy bastards. They denied my claim against ubisoft for receiving an item that is not according to description. They refer that you only have this protection as a buyer on a few websites (ebay and some dutch auction sites).

So basically what this means, is that they could have send me a brick and they would not be able to refund me.
