What's shipping on Rage? Pretty sure I'll take it. Also what does dishonoured include?

The dishonored includes a promo kit A4 size, just like rage and a set of tarot cards sealed. These kits are just promo items no game discs or assets discs.

Shipping to UK for Rage is 4.75 euro.
