So yeah, got mine today as well. Czech Republic here. Came in a plastic bag. It looks pretty much like the ones in the pictures a few pages back, maybe a little bit more beat up overall and a tad bit... flatter I suppose. I wrote them a mail, but yeah this is going back one way or another.

The only thing I'm worried about is that if I request a replacement, they'll send it in trash bag again. Should I go with a refund instead? Ugh... what an experience

Request a replacement and state clearly to them that they *MUST* send it out in a box with adequate amounts of packaging, to prevent this happening again - after all, it'll save them money in the long run xx

My Resident Evil was shipped from them last Jan 25. Several days before MGS HD. It still did not come.

If nothing comes by tomorrow I'm opening a paypal claim for all items I am waiting from them.

Dum dum dum.. The 'Australian Version' just got release.. however some stock arrive and some didn't.. I only manage to get four at the moment (regular customer always benefit

) and others were used to fill other people's order.. Also these stock arrive early due to the fact that the delay has cause many customers complaint, therefore they have to import their stock and give customers (apparently one of the reason), the 'REAL' AU releases on the 16th. But anyways, I believe there is no such thing as a real 'AU copy'. anyways here's the pic..

If you look closely at the 2nd picture the Australian ratings sticker were pasted over the UK ratings.. this is indeed imported from Zavvi. However, Zavvi sent them in a sturdy box.

Anyways, to those whom have their names listed, please wait till around Wednesday, until the other stocks come in then I'll start sending pms regarding their shipping fee.. I'm only waiting for one copy apparently.. if those whom cancelled changed their mind. do let me know so I can notify the store to get more in..

Btw, I can understand why inside get's damage easily... cos the stuffs inside moves around.. it's not tightly packed.

Well, the interior cardboard is thin and flimsy which can't withstand the weight and size of the art book, which consequently easily moves around inside...not much can be done about it unless you open it to fill in the gaps?!
