I called sony and they confirmed that it will NOT charge until it is shipped. So keep that money in your account dudes.

That' weird, they never put the money back into my account...

If you call the 1-800# for the sony store they already have a prerecorded message apologizing for the technical issues regarding anniversary edition orders. @_@
