There is a possible variant Super Mario Maker 2 Steelbook from Russia. I have messaged the seller asking if they have photos of the actual Steelbook in this set and also have a friend who has ordered one.

The Nintendo UK store has also listed the Pokémon dual pack, and each individual pack with Steelbooks. UK shipping only unless using a forwarding company.
